Bernie Aronson

Bernie Aronson was formerly Chief Executive Officer at Synplicity Inc. Prior to joining Synplicity and taking the company public in 2000, Mr. Aronson was senior vice-president and co-general manager of the EPIC Technology Group at Synopsys, Inc. Before Synopsys, he was president of EPIC Design Technology, Inc., where he took the company through a successful initial public offering in 1994. Mr. Aronson was also founder and president of Pico Design, a design services company based in Silicon Valley with design centers in Taiwan, which was sold to Motorola, and also was Executive Vice-president at Zoran Corp.
Charles Ng
Vice-President of Worldwide Sales & Marketing
Mr. Ng has more than 22 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining Kilopass, Mr. Ng held senior management and executive-level positions with Cadence Design Systems, Inc., Compass Design Automation, and VLSI Technology Inc. Mr. Ng was the key contributor in establishing and expanding the business for these companies in North America, Japan, and Asia Pacific. He graduated from California Institute of Technology with a Master degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, and he also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from University of California at Berkeley.
Pearl Cheng
VP of Engineering
Pearl Cheng has more than 28 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, where she assumed a variety of engineering development and management roles. Prior to joining Kilopass, Pearl was involved in the design and development of non-volatile memories including EEPROM, EPROM, FLASH and Serial FLASH. She has held various key engineering and management positions at Intel, Advanced Micro Devices, Micro Linear, Micron and Silicon Storage Technology. Pearl holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
Jeannie Duncanson
Chief Financial Officer and Secretary
Jeannie Duncanson has over 20 years of high-technology experience with a number of Silicon Valley companies, including IBM, Apple and SGI. Since 2003, she has served as a Finance Director with SGI and was most recently responsible for the company’s International Controllership. In this role she led the company’s year one SOX 404 compliance program and worked on the sale of the Alias Wavefront software division. Prior to joining SGI in 2003, she was the CFO and a co-founder of Kasenna, Inc. a venture backed Software Company. Ms. Duncanson received her B.S. in Business Administration from Loyola University and her M.B.A. from the American Graduate School of International Management.
