Overview
Kilopass Technology, Inc. designs, develops and delivers innovative, embedded, non-volatile memory (NVM) silicon intellectual property (IP) for SOC applications. Highly reliable, secure, flexible and cost-effective, its one-time programmable, extra-permanent XPM™ memory family ranges up to 1Mb and is manufactured in standard logic CMOS processes from 180nm to 40nm. More than 70 customers rely on Kilopass IP to safeguard their firmware and security code storage, calibration data, and other application-critical information. A dozen foundries and integrated device manufacturers have proven the value of Kilopass IP in more than half a million shipped wafers.

Technology
Kilopass is the pioneer of NVM antifuse technology in a standard CMOS process with no additional processing steps. Its 2T bit cell architecture is compatible with standard CMOS logic, has the same reliability as the foundry’s process, scales easily with the process technology, and reduces overall SoC product cost. Data programming is shorter than for other NVM technologies, and data is impervious to detection because no voltage, electronic or magnetic fields are stored.
