Markets

Industrial/embedded, computer, storage, wired communications, automotive, mobile, and consumer applications, often in AMS design. The new 4Mb NVM is targeted at handheld and home baseband, mobile application processors and media processors.

Technology

Kilopass is the pioneer of NVM antifuse technology in a standard CMOS process with no additional processing steps. Its 2T bit cell architecture is compatible with standard CMOS logic, has the same reliability as the foundry’s process, scales easily with the process technology, and reduces overall SoC product cost. Data programming is shorter than for other NVM technologies, and data is impervious to detection because no voltage, electronic or magnetic fields are stored.
